Stations

Shop

Description:
A shop station offers wagons and extensions for wagons.

Blacksmith

Description:
A blacksmith station lets you upgrade your wagons and add, extract, or remove extensions. Put a wagon on the workbench to see the options.

Crate

Description:
At a chest station, you can find wagons, extensions, and even cartridges inside a chest.

??? (Rare Wagon)

Description:
Here you can talk to a stranger and get a rare wagon out of it!

Slot Machine

Description:
You can bet your well-earned bolts for a chance to slow down your train or to win a cartridge at a slot machine station.

There’s a guaranteed win at the slot machine every 4 rolls.

Cartridge Overwriter

Description:
At this station there are cartridge overwrite devices that let you replace a random cartridge with a specific one.

Biome Junction

Description:
Here you’ll meet the boss of the biome and possibly transition to the next. If and when you servive, your train is slowed down significantly.

Cartridge Vault

Description:
At this station you can find a selection of cartridges to choose from, provided you clear the extremely difficult map before it.

UnRailD HQ

Description:
The final station, reachable only by those who completed the contract with the United Railway Division. It stands as a testament to extraordinary teamwork and perseverance.

Unlockable by defeating the boss of 5 unique biomes in a single run.

Cartridges

Common

Empty Cartridge
Description: Does nothing. Gets replaced first at a cartridge overwrite station.

Heavy Balloon
Description: Respawning gets +20% faster.

Turbo-Axe
Description: Improve your axe technique to cop down trees 20% faster.

Torch
Description: Increases your light radius at night by +3m for each cartridge of this type. Also burns away spiderwebs in a small radius.

Turbo-Pickaxe
Description: Improve your pickaxe technique to mine rocks 20% faster.

Running
Description: Walk faster than your friends!

Double-Dash
Description: Gain an extra dash per dash!

Uncommon

Multitool
Description: Mine with the wrong tool with 50% speed (+15% for each extra cartridge).

Bucket
Description: Allows you to overfill the bucket up to the number of cartridges of this type.

Brute Force
Description: With great power comes accidentally hitting neighborin rocks and trees with a probability of +15%.

Lollipop
Description: Increases the probability of easy maps by 15%.

Stacking
Description: It can’t hurt to carry just a bit more. +1 carrying capacity.

Nether
Description: Increases the probability of hard maps by 15%.

Magnent
Description: Use a magnet to pick up commodities around you automatically in a radius of 2m! (+2 for each extra magnet cartridge)

Extra Life
Description: Let’s you cheat death once for each cartridge of this type.

Rare

Dash Demolition
Description: Deal damage with 80% probability while dashing and carrying nothing (+60% for each extra cartridge).

Lucky Punch
Description: 3% chance to drop an additional commodity when mining resources. It also increases the chance to win at a slot station or with the slot wagon.

Throwing
Description: Throw items to your target! Radius 6m (+2m for each extra throwing cartridge).

Moneymaker
Description: Increases the probability of double bolt maps by 7%.

Saddle
Description: Learn how to ride on the back of animals.

Sale Tag
Description: Increases the probability of sales at stations by 10%

NPCs

Killing the NPCs fills out the handbook entry, so you need to kill every animal and beat every boss for 100%.

Monorail Meadows

Deer
Description: Often gets in the way, but also eats resources to compress them into a more compact form. Rideable and milkable.
Milk effect: 5x Brute Force

Ducky
Description: Very cute and very harmless. At least as long as there isn’t an angry Mother Ducky nearby.

Mole
Description: Builds new mole hills close to old ones and flees to the next hill if attacked. Is afraid of water.

Mole Chief (BOSS)
Description: Like a regular mole, but bigger and angrier.

Boxcar Bayou

Mushroom
Description: Can be pushed by dashing into it. Puffs up when hit.

Spider
Description: Spins spiderweb along its path. Stepping on it alerts the spider to your presence. Rideable.

Frog
Description: The archenemy of the spider. Milkable.
Milk effect: 5x Torch

Spiderqueen (BOSS)
Description: Cocoons all players who aren’t staying still.

Cargo Canyon

Crocodile
Description: Nibbles on players entering its comfort zone. Ridable and milkable.
Milk effect: 5x Stacking

Sandworm
Description: Destroys rocks and trees with ease, and even players who move too fast.

Sandworm Supervisor (BOSS)
Description: If you step on the wrong tile, this boss takes down an entire patch of the map with it.

Island Interchange

Crab
Description: Can move over water. Rideable and milkable.
Milk effect: 5x Multitool

Cloud
Description: Clouds almost always have a cold, and they push items away when they sneeze.

Octoboss (BOSS)
Description: Throws blobs of water with its tentacles and sets the whole map underwater if the tentacles are not destroyed in time.

Boiler Badlands

Waste Slime
Description: Born from waste, it moves around aimlessly. Splits in two when hit.
Milk effect: 5x Bucket

Junk Golem
Description: A large creature assembled out of junk. Shoots torpedos at players.

Torpeboss (BOSS)
Description: An ancient creature shooting lava and rockets.

Extensions

Storage-Pull
Description: Moves items from the closest storage wagon to this wagon.

Storage-Push
Description: Moves items to the closest storage wagon.

Front-Pull
Description: Moves items from the front neighbor to this wagon.

Auto-Drop
Description: Drops of produced items closeby.

Magnent-Pick
Description: Picks items very close to the wagon onto it.

Ghost
Description: Allows you to pass through the wagon.

Hydrocharge
Description: Increases wagon level by 2, but will require water and can overheat.

Supercharge
Description: Increases wagon level by 1.

Range-Extention
Description: Increases wagon range.

Speed-Boost
Description: Increases wagon speed.

Stack-Boost
Description: Increases wagon stack size.

Time-Extension
Description: Increases wagon active time.

Key
Description: A shiny key that opens a door with many locks.
(Does nothing as of currently, will update guide when it eventually does something though.)

Wagons

Storage Wagon
Description: Stores wood and iron for other wagons.

Collector
Description: Picks up ommodities placed nearby.

Conveyor-Belt-Transporter
Description: Offers conveyor belt masts that connect within a certain range to create a portable conveyor belt.

Mag-Tractor
Description: Place a commodity on the wagon to activate the attraction force to all items of the same type.

Cannon Cart
Description: The cart offers a target flag that can be placed anywhere on the map where the cannon will shoot to when loaded with items afterwards.

Carriage Wagon
Description: Can carry anything you can carry!

Crafter Wagon
Description: Converts raw materials to track pieces.

Transformer Wagon
Description: Converts wood to iron or iron to wood.

Slot Machine Wagon
Description: A one-armed bandit on rails. Dash the wagon to try your luck!

Dynamite Wagon
Description: Produces dynamite from iron. Handle with care!

Miner Wagon
Description: Auto mines commodities nearby. Dash the wagon to change the direction.

Torpedo Wagon
Description: Builds a straight flying torpedo from iron that destroys anything or anyone in its way.

Turret Tower
Description: Gives you a turret that fires at everything that can be destroyed, but overheats over time.

Break Wagon
Description: Decreases the speed of your train. Dash to activate!

Ghost Wagon
Description: Lets you pass to the other side. Not meant figuratively.

Tank Wagon
Description: Stores water for wagons that consumes water. Can be refilled with the bucket.

Supercharger Wagon
Description: Increases the level of neighboring wagons.

Compactor Wagon
Description: Harnessing the power of compression, this wagon compresses commodities into a singular, immensely valuble resource.

Milk Wagon
Description: Attach animals to the wagon to extract milk. Dash it to take a quick sip or place a bucket to fill for later. Milk can offer different health benefits.

Piggybank
Description: Fill the piggybank with wood or iron to collect bolts!
(Go to a ??? station in Monorail Meadows.)

Cartridge Toaster
Description: Takes animals to produce random cartridges.
(Go to a ??? station in Cargo Canyon.)

Wagon Printer
Description: Takes tracks to print random wagons.
(Go to a ??? station in Boxcar Bayou.)

Hex Tree Cart
Description: Produces hex nuts out of thin air. Note that the air in blueprint areas is not suitable.
(Go to a ??? station in Island Interchange.)

* The Task Wagon isn’t in the handbook for some reason, but go to a ??? station in Boiler Bandlands to find it. *

Versus Constructor Cart
Description: If supplied with a piece of iron, this wagon constructs a bomb that can be thrown to the opposing team. With wood, it creates a drone that steals items.
(Complete at least 1 station in the Versus gamemode.)

Engines

You can buy new engines at the top right corner of the lobby.

Hydro Coaler
Description: The Hydro Coaler Engine is a time-honored choice for railway construction. It features an essential water tank that requires regular filling to prevent overheating.

Toy Engine
Description: A toy engine for those seeking stress relief. In the event of a crash, the engine awlays restarts from the last station. No highscores are recorded but savestates can be loaded multiple times.

Pusher Engine
Description: An engine that can be placed anywhere in the train configuration!
